Method
- Coat chicken pieces with cornstarch.
- Heat oil in a skillet and cook chicken until golden and cooked through.
- In the same pan combine soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
- Add cornstarch slurry and simmer until sauce thickens.
- Return chicken to the skillet and toss in the sauce.
- Divide rice among bowls and top with chicken, vegetables, and sesame seeds.
Notes
Add chili flakes or sriracha if you prefer a spicy sesame chicken bowl.
