  • 1.5 lbs chicken breasts sliced
  • 3 bell peppers sliced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp oregano
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 8 tortillas

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss chicken, peppers, and onion with oil, lime juice, and spices.
  3. Spread evenly on a sheet pan.
  4. Bake for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway.
  5. Warm tortillas and assemble fajitas before serving.
