Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 6-8 oz lemon-lime soda chilled
  • 1-2 tbsp grenadine syrup
  • 1-2 maraschino cherries for garnish
  • whipped cream optional

Equipment

  • Tall glass
  • Spoon or straw

Method
 

  1. Scoop vanilla ice cream into a tall chilled glass.
  2. Drizzle grenadine syrup over the ice cream.
  3. Slowly pour chilled lemon-lime soda over the top to fill the glass and create foam.
  4. Top with whipped cream if desired.
  5. Garnish with maraschino cherries and serve immediately with a straw and spoon.

Notes

Pour soda slowly to build the best foam. Best enjoyed fresh.
