- Pat shrimp dry and season lightly. Mix sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok and cook shrimp until pink; remove.
- Add remaining oil and cook asparagus for 3 minutes.
- Add mushrooms and onion; cook until tender-crisp.
- Stir in garlic and ginger for 30 seconds.
- Pour in sauce, add slurry, and simmer until thickened.
- Return shrimp to pan and toss to combine.
Notes
Cook quickly over high heat for best texture. Do not overcook shrimp.
