- Cook lasagna noodles until al dente and set aside.
- Mix ricotta, cheeses, egg, garlic, and seafood in a bowl.
- Prepare Alfredo sauce by cooking butter, garlic, cream, and parmesan.
- Spread filling on noodles, roll them, and place in baking dish.
- Cover with Alfredo sauce and cheese.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 35–40 minutes until bubbly.
Notes
Use fresh seafood for best flavor. Can be assembled ahead and baked later.
