Ingredients
  

Lasagna
  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups shrimp cooked, chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1.5 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp parsley
Alfredo Sauce
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
Topping
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 0.25 cup parmesan cheese

Method
 

  1. Cook lasagna noodles until al dente and set aside.
  2. Mix ricotta, cheeses, egg, garlic, and seafood in a bowl.
  3. Prepare Alfredo sauce by cooking butter, garlic, cream, and parmesan.
  4. Spread filling on noodles, roll them, and place in baking dish.
  5. Cover with Alfredo sauce and cheese.
  6. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 35–40 minutes until bubbly.

Notes

Use fresh seafood for best flavor. Can be assembled ahead and baked later.
