Ingredients
  

  • 300 g raw shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 250 g noodles egg noodles or lo mein noodles
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers sliced
  • 1 cup snow peas trimmed
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

Equipment

  • Wok or large pan
  • Knife

Method
 

  1. Cook noodles until al dente.
  2. Prepare sauce by mixing soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil.
  3. Cook shrimp until pink and remove from pan.
  4. Stir-fry vegetables with garlic and ginger.
  5. Combine noodles, shrimp, vegetables, and sauce. Toss and serve.
