Ingredients
  

Cookie Dough
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 3 tbsp light brown sugar packed
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tsp milk
  • 0.33 cup all-purpose flour +1 tbsp (50g)
  • 0.125 tsp baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 tbsp chocolate chips
  • 2-3 tbsp Nutella chilled

Equipment

  • Small skillet or ramekin
  • Mixing bowl
  • Spatula or spoon

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease small skillet or ramekin.
  2. Whisk melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Stir in 1 tsp milk, then add flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix into dough.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips. Press 2/3 dough into skillet with a well in center.
  5. Add Nutella to well, cover with remaining dough, top with extra chips.
  6. Bake 12-16 minutes until edges golden and center soft.
  7. Rest 5 minutes, sprinkle salt if desired, serve warm.

Notes

For extra gooey center, slightly underbake. Best enjoyed fresh and warm.
