Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease small skillet or ramekin.
- Whisk melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Stir in 1 tsp milk, then add flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix into dough.
- Fold in chocolate chips. Press 2/3 dough into skillet with a well in center.
- Add Nutella to well, cover with remaining dough, top with extra chips.
- Bake 12-16 minutes until edges golden and center soft.
- Rest 5 minutes, sprinkle salt if desired, serve warm.
Notes
For extra gooey center, slightly underbake. Best enjoyed fresh and warm.
