Ingredients
  

Turkey
  • 3-4 lb boneless turkey breast
Maple Glaze
  • 0.5 cup pure maple syrup
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 1.5 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Pat turkey breast dry and place in slow cooker.
  2. Whisk together maple syrup, melted butter, broth, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture over the turkey breast.
  4. Cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or HIGH for 2.5–3.5 hours until turkey reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Optional: broil the finished turkey breast for 3–4 minutes for a caramelized top.
  6. Let rest 10 minutes, slice, and serve with pan juices.

Notes

For extra sweetness, add 1 tablespoon brown sugar to the glaze.
