Method
- Pat turkey breast dry and place in slow cooker.
- Whisk together maple syrup, melted butter, broth, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the turkey breast.
- Cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or HIGH for 2.5–3.5 hours until turkey reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Optional: broil the finished turkey breast for 3–4 minutes for a caramelized top.
- Let rest 10 minutes, slice, and serve with pan juices.
Notes
For extra sweetness, add 1 tablespoon brown sugar to the glaze.
