- Lightly grease the slow cooker with cooking spray.
- Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker and season with garlic powder, pepper, and thyme.
- Add diced onion and chopped celery over the chicken.
- In a bowl mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and chicken broth until smooth.
- Pour the creamy mixture evenly over the chicken.
- Mix stuffing with melted butter then spread over the chicken mixture.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 3 hours until chicken is tender.
- Fluff stuffing gently and serve warm.
