Ingredients
  

  • 2.5 lb venison stew meat cut into chunks
  • 1.5 lb potatoes cubed
  • 3 carrots sliced
  • 3 celery stalks sliced
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste

Method
 

  1. Season and optionally sear venison.
  2. Add venison and vegetables to slow cooker.
  3. Add broth mixture and cook low and slow.
  4. Remove bay leaf and serve.
