Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a small pan with parchment paper.
- Whisk melted butter with both sugars until glossy.
- Whisk in cocoa powder and salt.
- Add egg and vanilla, whisking until smooth.
- Fold in flour just until combined.
- Spread batter into pan and bake 18–22 minutes.
- Cool completely before slicing.
Notes
For ultra fudgy brownies, slightly underbake and allow to cool fully.
