Method
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread softened ice cream evenly into a rectangle.
- Sprinkle cookie dough, marshmallows, graham crackers, and chocolate chips over the ice cream.
- Drizzle chocolate sauce and swirl marshmallow fluff.
- Freeze until firm, about 2–3 hours.
- Roll tightly using parchment paper.
- Freeze again before slicing and serving.
Notes
Use edible cookie dough only. Add toppings just before serving for best texture.
