Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 quarts vanilla ice cream softened
  • 1.5 cups edible cookie dough chunked
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 0.5 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 0.75 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 0.5 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.75 cup chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup chocolate sauce melted

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Offset spatula
  • Freezer

Method
 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread softened ice cream evenly into a rectangle.
  3. Sprinkle cookie dough, marshmallows, graham crackers, and chocolate chips over the ice cream.
  4. Drizzle chocolate sauce and swirl marshmallow fluff.
  5. Freeze until firm, about 2–3 hours.
  6. Roll tightly using parchment paper.
  7. Freeze again before slicing and serving.

Notes

Use edible cookie dough only. Add toppings just before serving for best texture.
