Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a casserole dish.
  2. Season pork chops and sear in a skillet until golden.
  3. Cook onions and garlic in butter until soft.

  5. Layer potatoes, pork chops, and gravy in casserole.
  6. Cover and bake 45 minutes, then uncover and bake 25 minutes.
