Ingredients
  

Smoothie
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 Medjool dates pitted
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.25 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp maple syrup optional
  • 0.5 cup ice cubes
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Add banana, dates, tahini, almond milk, cinnamon, vanilla extract, maple syrup, ice, and salt to a blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  3. Adjust thickness with more milk or ice if needed.
  4. Pour into a glass and sprinkle cinnamon on top.

Notes

Soak dates in warm water for 5 minutes if they are firm to help them blend smoothly.
