- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets.
- Cream butter, peanut butter, and sugars until fluffy.
- Add egg and vanilla; mix until combined.
- Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt separately.
- Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients.
- Roll dough into balls and flatten with fork.
- Bake 9–11 minutes until edges set.
- Cool slightly before transferring to rack.
Notes
Do not overbake for soft centers.
