Sauce
  • 0.33 cup soy sauce low sodium
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger grated
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Method
 

  1. Season chicken thighs lightly with black pepper.
  2. Sear chicken thighs in hot oil until golden, then remove.
  3. Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  4. Add soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil, stirring well.
  5. Return chicken to pan and simmer until cooked through and sauce thickens.
