Method
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water.
- Sauté garlic in olive oil, add sun-dried tomatoes and cook 2–3 minutes.
- Add heavy cream, season, and simmer 2–3 minutes.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Toss spaghetti with sauce, using reserved pasta water as needed.
- Top with parmesan and serve immediately.
Notes
Use oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes for richer flavor.
