Ingredients
  

Sangria
  • 1 bottle dry white wine
  • 1.5 cups cranberry juice
  • 1 orange sliced
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 3 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 2 tbsp honey or simple syrup optional
  • 1.5 cups sparkling water or prosecco added before serving

Equipment

  • Large pitcher
  • Wooden spoon
  • Measuring cups

Method
 

  1. Combine wine, cranberry juice, orange slices, cranberries, and rosemary in a pitcher.
  2. Stir in honey or simple syrup if using.
  3. Chill at least 2 hours.
  4. Add sparkling water or prosecco just before serving.
  5. Serve over ice and garnish as desired.

Notes

Add bubbles right before serving for best fizz.
