Ingredients
  

Buffalo Chicken
  • 1.5 lb chicken breast boneless, skinless
  • 0.5 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
Rice Bowl
  • 3 cups cooked white rice
  • 0.25 cup ranch dressing
  • 0.25 cup green onions sliced

Method
 

  1. Cook rice according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper and cook in a skillet with olive oil until done.
  3. Add butter and garlic, stirring until fragrant.
  4. Toss chicken with buffalo sauce and simmer briefly.
  5. Assemble bowls with rice, chicken, and toppings.

Notes

Adjust spice level by using more or less buffalo sauce.
