Ingredients
  

Dip
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp harissa paste adjust for heat
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika optional garnish
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped for garnish

Method
 

  1. Combine Greek yogurt, harissa paste, olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  2. Whisk until smooth and well combined.
  3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. Garnish with smoked paprika and parsley.
  5. Serve immediately or chill for 15–30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Stir before serving.
