  • 250 g pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 tsp red chili flakes
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp oregano
  • 0.5 tsp basil
  • 1 burrata cheese

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
  2. Sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant, then add chili flakes.
  3. Add tomatoes and tomato paste, simmer until thickened.
  4. Season the sauce and adjust flavors.
  5. Toss pasta with sauce, adding pasta water if needed.
  6. Top with burrata and garnish before serving.

Notes

Add burrata just before serving for best creamy texture.
