- Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet and cook chicken until golden and fully cooked. Set aside.
- Sauté onion until soft, then add garlic and cook briefly.
- Stir in cream cheese and chicken broth until smooth and creamy.
- Add mozzarella and parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Return chicken to the skillet and mix well.
- Add pasta and toss until fully coated in sauce. Simmer briefly and serve.
Notes
Best served immediately while creamy. Add extra broth when reheating to restore sauce texture.
