Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Cut a pocket into each salmon fillet without slicing all the way through.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté garlic for 30 seconds. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, parmesan, mozzarella, onion powder, and lemon juice.
- Stir cooked spinach mixture into the cheese filling until combined.
- Season salmon with paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Stuff each salmon fillet with the spinach filling and place in baking dish.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes until salmon flakes easily. Garnish and serve.
Notes
Use thick salmon fillets for easier stuffing and best presentation. Fresh spinach gives the best texture.
