Main
  • 2 flour tortillas
  • 300 g steak sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1 cup cheese shredded

Method
 

  1. Season and cook steak until browned.
  2. Sauté onions and peppers until soft.
  3. Combine steak and vegetables.
  4. Assemble quesadilla with cheese and filling.

Notes
