  • 0.33 cup honey
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ginger grated

Method
 

  1. Cook rice until fluffy and set aside.
  2. Sear seasoned chicken thighs until golden and cooked through.
  3. Prepare honey garlic sauce and pour over chicken.
  4. Simmer until sauce thickens and coats the chicken.
  5. Serve over rice and garnish.

Notes

For extra stickiness, add cornstarch slurry and simmer until glossy.
