Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken breast cut into pieces
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger grated
  • 0.5 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 0.5 cup shredded carrots

Method
