Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a loaf pan.
- Mash bananas in a large bowl until mostly smooth.
- Stir in melted butter and sugar until combined.
- Mix in eggs and vanilla extract.
- Add milk or yogurt and stir until smooth.
- Fold in flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon gently.
- Carefully fold in strawberries.
- Pour batter into loaf pan and bake 50–60 minutes.
Notes
Do not overmix; toss strawberries in flour to prevent sinking.
