Ingredients
  

Bread Batter
  • 3 ripe bananas mashed
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp baking soda
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon optional
  • 0.5 cup milk or yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries diced

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a loaf pan.
  2. Mash bananas in a large bowl until mostly smooth.
  3. Stir in melted butter and sugar until combined.
  4. Mix in eggs and vanilla extract.
  5. Add milk or yogurt and stir until smooth.
  6. Fold in flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon gently.
  7. Carefully fold in strawberries.
  8. Pour batter into loaf pan and bake 50–60 minutes.

Notes

Do not overmix; toss strawberries in flour to prevent sinking.
