  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Cookie Dough
  • 2.25 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.75 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg large
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.75 cup freeze-dried strawberries crushed

Method
 

  1. Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla; freeze small scoops.
  2. Whisk dry ingredients including crushed strawberries.
  3. Cream butter and sugar, then add egg and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients to form dough.
  5. Wrap dough around frozen cheesecake filling.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 12–15 minutes.
