- Brew strong coffee and chill completely before using.
- Fill serving glasses with ice cubes and pour in chilled coffee.
- Add milk and vanilla syrup, then stir gently.
- Combine heavy cream, milk, strawberry syrup, mashed strawberries, and optional sugar in a separate cup.
- Froth the mixture using a hand frother, blender, or mason jar until fluffy and thick.
- Spoon the strawberry cold foam over the iced coffee.
- Garnish with fresh strawberry slices and serve immediately.
Notes
Use very cold heavy cream for the fluffiest foam. Cold brew also works beautifully for a smoother coffee flavor.
