Ingredients
  

Coffee Base
  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee chilled
  • 0.5 cup milk whole milk or preferred milk
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp vanilla syrup
Strawberry Cold Foam
  • 0.25 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp strawberry syrup
  • 2 fresh strawberries finely mashed
  • 1 tbsp sugar optional
Garnish
  • fresh strawberry slices

Method
 

  1. Brew strong coffee and chill completely before using.
  2. Fill serving glasses with ice cubes and pour in chilled coffee.
  3. Add milk and vanilla syrup, then stir gently.
  4. Combine heavy cream, milk, strawberry syrup, mashed strawberries, and optional sugar in a separate cup.
  5. Froth the mixture using a hand frother, blender, or mason jar until fluffy and thick.
  6. Spoon the strawberry cold foam over the iced coffee.
  7. Garnish with fresh strawberry slices and serve immediately.

Notes

Use very cold heavy cream for the fluffiest foam. Cold brew also works beautifully for a smoother coffee flavor.
