Ingredients
  

Salad
  • 5 cups mixed greens
  • 1.5 cups fresh strawberries sliced
  • 0.33 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 0.33 cup sliced almonds toasted
  • 0.33 cup crispy crunchy topping
Champagne Vinaigrette
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp champagne vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Wash and slice the strawberries.
  2. Toast sliced almonds in a skillet over medium heat until golden.
  3. Whisk olive oil, champagne vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  4. Combine mixed greens, strawberries, feta, and almonds in a large bowl.
  5. Drizzle dressing over the salad and toss gently.
  6. Sprinkle crunchy topping over the salad just before serving.
  7. Serve immediately.
