Ingredients
  

Cookie Dough
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup strawberry cake mix
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.75 cup butter softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg large
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Topping
  • 24 chocolate kisses unwrapped

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add egg and vanilla, then dry ingredients.
  4. Roll dough in sugar and bake 9–11 minutes.
  5. Press chocolate kiss into each cookie.

Notes

Cookies will be soft; do not overbake.
