Ingredients
  

Sponge Cake
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 4 eggs separated
  • 0.75 cup sugar
  • 0.33 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Milk Mixture
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 0.5 cup condensed milk
  • 0.5 cup evaporated milk
  • 0.5 cup strawberry puree
Topping
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Prepare and bake sponge cake.
  2. Mix strawberry milk mixture.
  3. Cut cake into cubes and place in cups.
  4. Pour milk mixture over cake.
  5. Whip cream and add topping.
  6. Chill before serving.

Notes

Chill at least 2 hours for best flavor and texture.
