Ingredients
  

Sago Base
  • 0.5 cup sago pearls
  • 4 cups water for boiling
Strawberry Cream
  • 2 cups strawberries fresh
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 4 tbsp condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar optional
Garnish
  • strawberry slices
  • mint leaves optional

Method
 

  1. Boil water and cook sago pearls until mostly translucent.
  2. Let sago sit covered for 5 minutes.
  3. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  4. Blend strawberries, milk, coconut milk, and condensed milk.
  5. Mix cooked sago into strawberry mixture.
  6. Chill before serving.
  7. Garnish and serve cold.

Notes

Best served chilled; adjust sweetness based on fruit ripeness.
