  • 3 cups vanilla cake crumbs
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup freeze-dried strawberries crushed
Coating
  • 12 oz white chocolate melts

Method
 

  1. Crumble cake into fine crumbs and place in a bowl.
  2. Mix cake crumbs with cream cheese, vanilla, and crushed strawberries.
  3. Chill mixture for 30 minutes.
  4. Roll mixture into balls and freeze briefly.
  5. Melt white chocolate and dip truffles.
  6. Decorate and chill until set.
