  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 16 oz cream cheese room temperature
  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 8 oz white chocolate chopped
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream

Method
 

  1. Prepare sugar cookie dough and bake crust.
  2. Mix cheesecake filling until smooth.
  3. Bake cheesecake until set and cool gradually.
  4. Chill cheesecake completely.
  5. Prepare white chocolate ganache and pour over cheesecake.

Notes

Chill overnight for best texture and clean slices.
