Method
- Wash and dry the grapes thoroughly. Remove stems.
- Place grapes in a large bowl and cover with Prosecco (add vodka if using). Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.
- Drain grapes well but do not rinse. Keep slightly damp.
- Spread sugar on a baking sheet or in a bowl.
- Toss drained grapes in sugar until evenly coated, working in batches.
- Transfer to a parchment-lined sheet and chill 1-2 hours or freeze 2 hours.
- Serve chilled or frozen.
Notes
For best flavor, soak overnight. Freeze for a refreshing frozen treat. Store in fridge up to 3 days or freezer up to 1 month. Enjoy responsibly as contains alcohol.
