Ingredients
  

Salad
  • 2 lb baby potatoes halved
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 2 tsp sumac
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 0.25 red onion thinly sliced
  • 3 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Boil halved potatoes until fork-tender.
  2. Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, sumac, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss warm potatoes with dressing.
  4. Fold in onion and parsley before serving.

Notes

Best dressed while warm for maximum flavor absorption.
