Ingredients
  

Salmon
  • 4 salmon fillets 6 oz each
Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Small bowl

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Pat salmon fillets completely dry.
  3. Mix olive oil, Dijon, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush mixture over salmon.
  5. Bake 10–12 minutes.
  6. Broil 1–2 minutes until crispy.
  7. Rest briefly and serve.

Notes

Do not overcook. Broil carefully for crispiness.
