Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups water
  • 0.5 cup dried hibiscus flowers or 4 tea bags
  • 1.5 cups fresh strawberries hulled
  • 0.75 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 cup sugar or honey adjust to taste
  • 2 cups ice for serving

Method
 

  1. Steep hibiscus flowers in boiling water for 10–15 minutes, then strain and cool.
  2. Blend strawberries, lemon juice, and sweetener until smooth.

  4. Chill and serve over ice with garnishes.
