Ingredients
  

Ribs
  • 2 racks pork ribs baby back or spare
Seasoning
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
Sticky BBQ Sauce
  • 1.5 cups barbecue sauce
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Equipment

  • Aluminum foil

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Season ribs and wrap tightly in foil.
  3. Bake 2½–3 hours until tender.
  4. Simmer BBQ sauce ingredients.
  5. Brush ribs with sauce.
  6. Increase oven to 425°F (220°C).
  7. Bake uncovered 15–20 minutes until sticky.
  8. Rest and serve.

Notes

Broil briefly for extra caramelization if desired.
