Ingredients
  

Cookie Dough
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 0.5 tsp baking soda
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 0.75 cup sugar-free sweetener granulated
  • 1 egg large
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.75 cup sugar-free chocolate chips

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Cream butter and sweetener until fluffy.
  4. Add egg and vanilla, then combine with dry ingredients.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips and scoop dough.
  6. Bake until edges are set.
