Ingredients
  

Pasta & Shrimp
  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1.5 cups cherry tomatoes halved
  • 4 cups spinach fresh
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Equipment

  • Large pot
  • Large skillet
  • Colander
  • Tongs

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta until al dente and reserve pasta water.
  2. Sauté shrimp until just cooked and remove.
  3. Cook garlic, tomatoes, and spinach until softened.
  4. Combine pasta, shrimp, lemon, and parmesan; toss well.

Notes

Add pasta water to adjust sauce consistency.
