Ingredients
  

  • 1 large romaine lettuce finely shredded
  • 0.25 cup fresh dill chopped
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • Sharp knife
  • Salad tongs

Method
 

  1. Finely shred lettuce and place in a bowl.
  2. Add dill and green onions.
  3. Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil.
  4. Season, toss gently, and serve immediately.

Notes

Best served fresh; do not overdress.
