  • 2 tbsp protein powder
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp almond flour
  • 0.25 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Method
 

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a microwave-safe ramekin.
  2. Add wet ingredients and stir until smooth.
  3. Microwave for 60–90 seconds.
  4. Rest briefly and enjoy warm.
