Ingredients
  

  • 1 large chicken breast cooked and sliced
  • 1 ripe avocado mashed
  • 2 slices cheese provolone or mozzarella
  • 4 slices bread sourdough or artisan
  • 1 tbsp butter softened
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise

Method
 

  1. Season and cook chicken until fully done, then slice.
  2. Mash avocado lightly with salt.
  3. Butter bread and spread mayo on inside.
  4. Layer chicken, avocado, and cheese between bread slices.
  5. Grill sandwich until golden and cheese is melted.

Notes

Use ripe avocado and freshly sliced cheese for best results.
