Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb chicken breasts or thighs boneless
  • 1.5 cups buttermilk
  • 2 tbsp thai chili paste
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup cornstarch
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1.5 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • 4 brioche buns
  • 1 cup thai sweet chili sauce

Method
