  • 1 cup brewed strong coffee or espresso
  • 0.5 cup milk dairy or plant-based
  • 2 tbsp caramel sauce plus extra for drizzle
  • 1 vanilla bean split and seeds scraped or 1 tsp extract
  • 1-2 tsp sugar optional
  • whipped cream for topping

Method
 

  1. Brew strong coffee or espresso.
  2. Heat milk with caramel and vanilla bean until steaming.
  3. Pour flavored milk into coffee and stir gently.

Notes

Add caramel and vanilla to taste; use fresh brewed coffee for best flavor.
