Ingredients
  

  • 400 g firm tofu pressed and cubed
  • 300 g pasta
  • 1 cup plant-based cream
  • 0.33 cup sun-dried tomatoes chopped
  • 0.33 cup nutritional yeast

Method
 

  1. Press and crisp tofu.
  2. Cook pasta until al dente.
  3. Prepare creamy sun-dried tomato sauce.
  4. Combine pasta with sauce and fold in crispy tofu.

Notes

Adjust seasoning to taste. Add pasta water if needed to adjust sauce consistency.
