Ingredients
  

  • 200 g pasta
  • 200 g feta cheese block
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • to taste salt and black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Place feta and cherry tomatoes in baking dish, drizzle olive oil, sprinkle garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes until feta is soft and tomatoes are blistered.
  4. Cook pasta in salted water, drain, reserving 1/4 cup pasta water.
  5. Mash baked feta with tomatoes, stir until creamy, and toss with pasta.
  6. Garnish with fresh basil and serve immediately.

Notes

Use high-quality block feta for best creamy texture.
