- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Place feta and cherry tomatoes in baking dish, drizzle olive oil, sprinkle garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Bake for 20 minutes until feta is soft and tomatoes are blistered.
- Cook pasta in salted water, drain, reserving 1/4 cup pasta water.
- Mash baked feta with tomatoes, stir until creamy, and toss with pasta.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve immediately.
Notes
Use high-quality block feta for best creamy texture.
