White Chocolate Orange Almond Cocoa

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 0.5 cup white chocolate chopped
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp orange zest fresh
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup to taste
  • 2 tbsp sliced almonds for garnish

Method
 

  1. Warm almond milk in a saucepan over medium heat until steaming.
  2. Whisk in white chocolate until fully melted.
  3. Add cocoa powder, orange zest, vanilla, and sweetener. Whisk well.
  4. Simmer gently for 2–3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  5. Pour into mugs, garnish with almonds, and serve warm.

Notes

Do not boil to prevent scorching. Use real white chocolate for best texture.
